Employee self-assessment refers to the analysis and evaluation of employees' personal abilities, interests, temperament, personality, and their own professional development requirements, etc., to determine their appropriate career goals and career development routes.


Organizational Evaluation

Career path guidance points out the possible development direction and development opportunities of employees in the organization, and each employee in the organization may change jobs along the career path of the organization.
